Isn't there an Alzheimers charity that uses minis? I should look into that, too! It looks like fun!

I made several miniature quilts years ago and still enjoy them. I like them for table toppers with a pitcher or vase or something like that on them. I switch them out but do enjoy them year around.

I use mini quilts on end tables. Made a couple of strip rectangles minis that I call toilet tank rugs that sit on the back of my toilets.

Oh you are on a journey that you will soon love. They make great little hostess gifts especially when using a holiday theme. I make mine from scraps, too. Often times I make small ones for donation purposes as well.

ruthrings....the AAQI (Alzheimers Art Quilt Initiative) is no longer active. Participating in it pushed me into seeing how small I could go and took me in different artistic directions as well. It was a great cause.

Not any more. Ami Sims did the mini quilt auctions for years, but last year (or year before) she discontinued doing it.

This is pretty cute and you did a very nice job on your points and corners!
If only I had fewer windows and paintings on my walls...
