    Default Mini, scrappy tessellation top

I attended the NJ Quilt Fest last week and bought a pattern to make my first tessellation quilt. If anyone is thinking of trying this pattern, do it. Fun picking scraps and seeing it all come together.

    The blocks are 1" square.
The quilt is 14" square w/ borders.
I will do a simple SITD quilting.

Your mini came out beautiful! A few years ago I tried making one that was normal size and I was soooooo confused, I just gave it away in scraps. Yours is so lovely!

Oh nicely done......and yes minis look better with simple quilting...one wants to showcase the precise piecing...
