Miniature Whole Cloth Update and Custom Quilting

Just a little update - I finished my miniature whole cloth and even bound it! I'll post the full quilt as soon as I'm able...here's a couple of pictures I took after I had just removed the markings. It was around midnight so the pictures are dark - sorry for that!

Also, after the whole cloth snippets is a custom quilting job I started working on today. It's a Queen - 94" by 84" - or something like that! Well, I say job but it's MY quilt. It's my Jared Takes a Wife quilt that I made during Bonnie Hunter's visit to my quilt guild last summer. I'm really happy with how it's coming along...yay!

Aww - thank you! That's not even the whole quilt! I really cannot wait to show it...I hope the weather holds up so I can take pictures out doors in the sun so all the texture shows. Now that it is dry and there is no blue markings it is just so pretty!

Just beautiful work. I don't think I could ever muster the patience to do such intricate work. Can't wait to see a better picture of the quilt.

Oh thank you all so much, I have come so far with my quilting so your comments really mean the world to me. I remember about ten years ago when I went to my very first quilt show - looking at all of those quilts I never thought I could create anything like that myself! I'm thrilled to have come so far and there's still so much more I want to do!

I love your fabric choice for your whole-cloth. Do you know the make and name of it?
