Default Minkee Used on Baby Blanket

Recently made this for a new niece. Backed it with minkee and had no problem FMQing using my home machine. On this one I did put a very thin batting between the layers...kind of a stabilizer. Have used minkee on chemo blankets with nothing between. The Butterfly Breeze pattern is by Vicki Stratton.

That is a very pretty quilt and the minkee makes them so cuddly.

Sneed - your blanket is just beautiful! The quilting is gorgeous as well. I've got to FMQ a quilt with Minkee on the back today. I'm not looking forward to it, as I don't like working with it. You should be so proud of the wonderful job you did. The colors are so happy!!

Love the fabrics you used! I use Minkee for the backing of baby quilts and really like the way they turn out after quilting them. So soft and warm!
