My mother passed away in February of lung cancer. She worked at a Bernina store and loved to quilt and teach quilting. In fact she tought 6 of my friends how to quilt and we now have a sewing date every month to quilt our hearts out. Anyway, mom attended Kay Englands class for teachers every year and last year her classmates made this quilt for her as she could not attend due to her illness. The quilt was given to me at her memorial as mom died the day they planned to deliver it. What a beautiful quilt! Thanks to all!!

What a beautiful quilt and a wonderful memorial to your mom. She must have been loved very much! Sorry for your loss. I hope this quilt will wrap you up with comfort and happy thoughts/memories of your mom!
