toogie.....The blue is Riley Blake Sunshine and Dewdrops Toss Blue C11972. I went back into Green Fairy Quilts and checked by previous orders and used my order number that I wrote in my check register to find it. Hope this helps!

Finally found some information on where I got it. Riley Blake Sunshine and Dewdrops Toss Blue C11972 from Green Fairy Quilts. I bought 9 yards for the backing (44') and only have scraps left over. Good luck in your search.

I love it. I've been saving squares of fabric for a scrappy quilt. Did you use a pattern? If so can you tell me the name of it? What size blocks did you use? I love it.

Absolutely love this. My favorite style, and so many wonderful fabrics! Any tips on how you made it? Do the rectangles equal the length of the 4-patches?

Ladies....the pattern for this monster quilt came out of my quirky little brain. It all started with me making a throw pillow with some scraps and liking the way it looked. I just kept making blocks. The four patch blocks start out as 2 1/2" squares, alternating a color with a neutral. I stacked three four patch blocks together. The rectangle blocks each measure 7.5" with two of them sewn together to make one long one. Sew these to the side of the four patch blocks. Quite simple but very repeative.
My husband thinks I should copywrite it and sell the pattern, but I had a hard enough time just discribing the process here for you!!
I want to make another one, but using only one main colorway, such as all blues & creams, or greens and creams, or the ever popular red and white.
If you decide to make one have fun with it.
