No pattern. Had about 2 yards and just randomly fussy cut, free hand, each panel. Then sized them for symmetry. Then cut 1 1/2 inch strips from every scap I had to continuously built log cabin around the panel. Finished size of each cabin is 19". Layed out on floor to see how it would look and sewed together. A few times I got bored cause of assembly-line drudgerey. Then I could see daylight and got excited again to finally finish. Took about 3 months to complete. Whew! Thank you sooo much for all the complements!!

Even though the moose pictures are different sizes, you didn't falter in having the log cabin blocks follow the color gradation. That is wonderful planning on your part. Gorgeous.
