    My Mom- sister - friend and I joined a quilting group- we meet once a week and learn something every time :thumbup: Best of all its free :lol: I have already posted some pics of the blocks I had done - well here is the top almost complete just need a dark yellow border :wink:

    This was a class project and scrappy- the four of us used the same fabrics , but was amazing to see how different they turned out - three of us used the diaginal pattern Jeannie went with the center burst

    I HAVE BEEN HELPING NEW QUILTERS IN TWO SEPARATE GROUPS FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW DOING MUCH LIKE YOU ARE DOING. IT IS SO FUN TO SHARE MY KNOWLEDGE AND WATCH THEM GET EXCITED.Opps! Sorry about the caps I am a lousy typist. I bet the person who is helping you learn is very proud of your very beautiful quilts.They are all AWESOME !!!

    ahhhh i just LOVE log cabins. I am not into scrappy (it would take me a year to figure the colors to chose :oops:) but those quilts are beautiful.

    they're all very nice, but i especially like yours. you managed to highlight the yellows, which gives it distinction and makes it even more cheerful.
