It depends on where we are, usually it is. We've found that people in most campgrounds are quite friendly and we've not had problems. Currently, we are not in a campground and are inside a gate that is closed during non-business hours, so yes, I do. In the past, I always did, but now since I have a new, "fancy" machine, I will think about that if we are in a different situation, and would probably put it inside the motorhome if we were to be gone for a number of hours.

At this location, it is on a concrete slab. But I have set it up over grass or gravel, then I will use a rug so the chair rolls a bit better. As for the quilt in the frame, yes, it would touch the floor, but I either pin it up in folds or drape it over a chair, etc. while I'm quilting so it doesn't touch.

We are fulltimers, this is our only home.

Where there's a will, there is a way! Love the sewing room.

Awesome! I just looked at your other posts! Your quilts are beautiful! I love that you design them yourself. Someday I want to design my own quilts too. I love your sewing tent. What a clever idea! I would be tempted to set one up like that in my back yard. We live in a small home and our sewing area is quite limited. Thanks for sharing! I look forward to seeing more beautiful creations from you!!!

Love the sewing room. My favorite RV park is in Palacias on the gulf coast. they let the sewers set up in the club house, leave their things there, then sew again the next day. It's from 9:00 til 4:00. at 4, we just pushed our stuff over against the wall, and the room was ready for some other activity.
