Beautiful work. Is the Dogwood quilt from a kit? You did a beautiful job. A member of my guild made one like it from a kit.

If you ever come across the pattern for the 1st one could you please share it. Is it possible for you to post a closer up picture of one of the blocks on the 1st one. It doesn't look that difficult and is intriguing. Most of us have never seen that particular block.

Yes the dogwood one was a kit. I got it at a garage sale for a dollar. the most it cost me was batting and backing. It had never even been out of the package. I think doing one of them from scratch might have been easier.

I love the Dogwood Blossoms. I have always had a thing for the particular pattern. How lucky to get the pattern for practically nothing. Beautiful work on them all but my favorite is the Dogwood.

top quilt.....if you look real close at the yellow one in the center, you can see it's 4 sqs similar to the drunkerds path block only more color circle. then put together to form block. the other block is a square with two, three or four leaves and bud the same color. There are white squares to make up the rest. I know when I made it I had to make out a whole planner sheet to work from so I would get everything in the right place I think I modified the pattern and made the buds the same as the square, if I remember right. Working from that sheet made it go together easy.
