Hi Sandpat,
I'll post pictures of some of my blocks soon. I am not sure if I am happy how it is turning out. Still need to buy more fabric to get some of the points done. Imagine that? lol

Oh My Gosh! Its lovely!!!! I'm :mrgreen: with envy. I just have to learn to do that! That is paper piecing isn't it? I'm showing my ignorance :oops: but I just love that block and the colors you chose to work with. As far as having to buy more fabric.. :wink: isn't that a requirement??? LOL!

Hi Sandpat,
Yes it is foundtion paper piecing. The pattern said "Sew Easy", but never doing piecing before, it was a bit trying. So I went on to another project.

I am getting ready to continue working on it. I think I bought enough fabric to continue. :wink:

your new york beauty is beautiful..i love the colors and would love you to post a picture of it when finished. i too have thought about doing a new york beauty but havent got the courage yet...did you get your pattern out of a book. if so which one?
