i think i goofed!my bf went to goodwill today,& i first asked him to buy any fabric he found.then had second thoughts,he doesn't know cotton from silk! how i goofed was not having him buy whatever he saw that he liked.i'm sure the price would have been right,& could have found a use for it...who knows,he might have come home w/a treasure!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our thrift stores don't have much of anything good, either. Thank God our new fabric isn't as expensive as other parts of the world!

Did you get all 12 blocks with the little houses? I have a picture of that quilt and had planned to try to make it but I have more plans to make than I can ever get made. haha
There supposed to be one for each month of the year.

Those house blocks are from a BOM from Simply Quilts a few years ago. One of my UFO's sad to say.

Nope, just those 4. I guess it was someone elses UFO that they gave up on. Don't think I have the patience to do the other 8. I'm not that advanced yet.

The house blocks are from the HGTV site several years ago. I remember because I made them. I still have all the months' pictures and instructions if you are interested. Goes back, well, I would say maybe 10 years???
