i found this grouping of the tie quilts. the red blue green orange are ties the other two are scraps that i gave to 2 of the sisters. see next installment.

here is the group that got the quilts. brother from california is missing so da mayer is holding his. i am in the middle

These quilts are absolutely AWESOME!! Wow, all that talent in one family!! How cool is that? I was wondering who inspired you two? Did you have a special "quilting/sewing" mentor in your family? You gals sure do some beautiful work!! Thanks for sharing it with us!!

we were introduced to sewing when we were young. mom was always doing something and we were in 4-h also. both grandmas did some type of crafting also. so it is in the genes!

Quilt4U- does your name start with a D because to belong to our family your name needs to start with a D. There were 9 of us. I see you will fit in we already have a Deb she is the redhead. yOu may have to fight for the quilt.
