    Morning Glory

This quilt is from the William Morris collection called Morning Glory. My friend Marietta did an amazing job with the applique!. It was a labor of love to quilt this for her!

The two of you have created a wonderful, wonderful quilt. I could stare at it for hours each day. Of course I've always loved William Morris design.

I still haven't jumped on the "appliqué" bandwagon, but I sure do love the look of that quilt. And, it goes without saying that I love your quilting. You have mastered the art of perfect design for each area! How long have you been quilting?

This quilt sure is glorious! I am a big fan of the designs of William Morris, and I have some fabric printed with his designs in my sewing room. Your quilting is wonderful. You and Marietta are quite the team. Do you plan to enter it into a quilt show?

A quilt is like a good life. It's full of mistakes, but, in the end, it looks pretty good.

Oh my goodness, i hope your friend doesn't have cats! that is gorgeous. My quilts don't look like that, so my cats sometimes sleep on one or two. Beautiful quilt!!
