Thank you for making my day brighter. I got goosebumps reading the story of the quilt. It is a beautiful quilt and is super special in so many ways.

Donna, you brought me to tears reading the story. Maybe you have found her niche. She certainly was a big help. What a wonderful gift to both of you, to find something you can enjoy together. Blessings to you both. And what a beautiful finished product. I know it will be a treasure for you, for so many reasons.

The most wonderful news to start a Monday with! She does indeed look very proud - and what a treasure you two have!

As a mother of an autistic son I know how much these small steps mean to you. Fantastic job Melissa! Mom you know how much patterns and routines mean to her so keep on plugging away!!!

What a special moment for you and your daughter. You must be "busting your buttons". Your daughter is very special and your quilt is beautiful. What a heart warming story.

I had to comment before reading the six pages of replies. I am so happy for you and your daughter for your "breakthrough!" I hope you are able to develop this into a hobby that the two of you can enjoy together. She looks very happy and proud with her quilt. I look forward to seeing more of your collaboration.
