That is such a touching story! I am so proud for you both! It is those moments that make it all worthwhile! Every time you look at that quilt, you will remember how special it really is! Your daughter is a beauty and a blessing!

What a wonderful thing!! The granddaughter of a dear friend, and my grandson (by marriage) are both autistic. Alexandra lives in Washington State so I don't get to interact with her, and Bradley is 800 miles away but their Mama's make sure I get pictures and stories to keep up to date on them. I'm looking for just THE most perfect material for Bradley's quilt. I had thought of using the Autistic Line of fabrics but he leans more to Super Heroes!!
