Mothers Day, just in the nick of time!

Wow, talk about cutting this one close! And on top of it, dear mother (81 years old) went and bought a new bed a couple of weeks ago so who knows if it will even fit!

I really like the colorway of your quilt. It is really pretty.

Is that a pattern you made up or does it have a name?

The fabric choice and placement on this quilt is amazing. Gives the appearance that the flowers have been sprinkled on. I had to zoom in to see if they were embroidered on. Fabulous job.

Even after zooming in I still can't figure out which fabric makes it so special is it the black, the green or another one. I am not an expert yet, just curious and eager to lean. Beautiful

Was this made with printed fabric and simple triangles? Would love to see a close up!

Very cool! Looks like Blooming 9 Patch effect but in blocks instead of the whole quilt. Your mom will love it!

Beautiful quilt and what fabulous fabric choices! Your Mom will absolutely love it!

And no, it is not a blooming 9 patch, I think it is a 25 patch--5 across and 5 down with careful colour placement. WOW!

A beautiful quilt! I wish I had the eye to pick out fabrics like that. I would like to know the name of the pattern, too.

She matched her floral with the green and the black florals and very carefully has traingles into blocks then into strips. Gorgeous bet it took a long time to get the colors lined up right. Bet you had a wall to place the pieces on so you kept it all straight.
