I got the brown blocks made yesterday and I don't care for the fabrics I used so I pulled a few more from my batik collection to see if that would jazz it up as nicely as they did for the green one. My sister is who I go to for bouncing off ideas and she'll be here this morning so I'll see what she says. I don't mind remaking some of the blocks and those I don't use will just go into my "orphan block" container. Someday they might get used in another quilt. Or maybe I'll make a dog/cat quilt to use them up as they don't care what it looks like as long as it's cuddly and warm.

Seems I'll be remaking 7 out of 12 blocks today as my sister and I have come up with some new fabrics to try out. Got them all starched, pressed and cut ready to go today so I just might get the body done today. Wish me luck.
