If you look at it closely enough it looks like a d9p set on point with sashing inbetween. Beautiful!

It's a D9P "Disappearing 9 Patch", set on point. There's a great tutorial on D9P--just do a search for "D9P picture "directions". It's really very easy--you should give it a try!
