I know. Even the back is pieced like the front. There is no batting in between. It looks like "old" scrap material. I never realized how much time goes in to a quilt until I started quilting myself. But after I laid it out on my bed and was looking at it, I thought "I wonder who made this" and kind of pictured an older woman hand piecing it together.

when things are baged and sealed... I usually ask a worker to open the package so I can see what I am purchaseing. I've never had them refuse.
