Yep. Too pretty to get messy! I love it. I'm really, really wanting to try this.

The more you do the faster they start coming along :) They do take forever though LOL. I am working on a queen size for my bed.

Eddie has a most wonderful tutorial on here for doing the Cathedral Windows, and you might want to add to your potholder.
    Good job!

Had to try my hand at cathedral window, made a cup cozy-four blocks. Was enough for me to know it was not my thing. Love the look and admire the effort but I have no desire to do anymore.

lol...so pretty. I have a cathedral block from a class years ago. Came home and told DH...been there, done that and I will probably never do that again.

Beautiful job, I wouldn't use it as a pot holder though, I think framing would be the way to go. The "Window" is on my list, but if I ever get around to doing one, it'll be the 10 minute way, I don't have the patience to do it any other way. LOL

I love the potholder. I haven't been brave enough yet to try the Cathedral Windows pattern but after looking at Eddie's tutorial on it, I'm going to try it. Mine may wind up a wall hanging but I plan on giving it a whirl anyway. Your's looks great. Try again. It always is frustrating trying to do something for the first time but repeation always makes it a little easier.
