Would you share what you used for the wood base. I've made one and after about 4 years outside it is blistering. Mine had a plywood base to paint on. Want to make one for daughter for Christmas. Thank you.

I love color wheels, too. I made a quilt of the ocean in front of buildings with colors that went around the color wheel. It took me years to get the colors I needed, but they sparkle and remind me of a wonderful vacation I took with that ocean view. Most people, though they like the quilt, don't realize it's a color wheel.
