I made this one for my mom who loves cats. The back started out being the front but I was not happy with the way it turned out so I made a new front and made the old front the back of the quilt so it became reversable.

What a great idea! I really like the new front! I want to make a string quilt sometime. I like how you did it with the hst but I know it will be quite a while before I am near good enough to try.

Thanks for all the kind words, I have to say I was really happy with the top once it was done and knew my mom would love it as much as I did.

I do wish I could have been there when she opened it to she her face. She did call to say she loved it and said what a great job I did and it looked profectional. You can always count on your mom to boost your confidence.

I love the idea for a reversible quilt. I have some John Deere fabric and think I will make it reversible.
