Aunt Betty just finished this from pieces in mom and my stash. I did just the quilting with a new panto on my longarm. She hasn't seen the results yet...hope she is happy with it!

the backing she chose

I think your quilting looks just fine. Aunt Betty should be pleased with it I would think. It is a nice design and complements the piecing.
