Default My Aunt's Chemo Quilt

This is the third quilt I've made. I couldn't be more proud of it, and she's currently in the hospital with bleeding complications from her first round of chemo. She opened it this morning. The hearts around the outside are encouraging notes from all of the family.

That is so sweet - - -

You went to a lot of effort to get those messages from all the family members - - -

Hope your aunt recovers completely.

I bet this quilt will mean more to her than you will ever know. The message of encouragement hearts are a wonderful touch and will certainly help her in her battle. I also like the decorative stitch you used for the binding. Finally have to comment on this being only your third quilt! You should be proud, it really turned out great. Love how you used Dresden blades to form the radiant light behind the cross and emphasized that with the quilting lines radiating out from the cross. Take a bow on this one, you deserve it.

What a beautiful quilt you made for your aunt. I know she will l feel the love from all the family each time she wraps it around her. Lifting up prayers that the bleeding situation will be taken care of soon & she will be back on the road to recovery.

What a special blessing. Very nice.
Sending prayers to your dear Aunt's health - may she conquer the cancer and come out the other side stronger and healthier than ever.

God bless y'all!
