love your quilt I'm orginally from Okla and love butterflies have just finished two one for GD and for GGD must be we Oakies know our butterflies

Thank you for the information. I was going through some mags I bought last week at a garage sale and found something very similar in June 2001 BH&G American Patchwork & Quilting. It's close enough that it will satisfy my "I want to make one" except for it's only 35" sq. I don't think it will be too hard to make bigger. Their's doesn't have the little butterflies and I don't have an embroidery machine but I'll make do. Their tulips are appliqued on the border.

Ooops, I guess I should have read all the pages. That's the same one that's in my magazine. But I must admit, I like your interpretation of it better.
