Did you do the old 'snails' pattern for the border or a section of the center of the cat's hooked tails?

Thank you everyone for the nice compliments! The center cats are from a pattern I got on ebay several years ago called "Catcettera" by Sara Ford Watzek. Each cat & the snail's trail middle are 12" blocks. Several of the measurements in the cat blocks were wrong (ugh!) but it wasn't too hard to figure out- the hard part was figuring out they were wrong! After I finished the center I kind of winged it on the rest of the design. The smaller snails trail blocks are 6inch ones. There is a free testallating cat pattern called "Kool Kats Kwilt" by Patty Carey for Northcott. It is on the Stitch N Frame website & very cute!
