How nice. My dad used to build thigs for me too. cherish them always. He did a super job!!

WOW what an awesome cabinet!! I can see talent runs in your family.
I would love to get in line for adoption but am afraid your dad would be way tired of making them before he ever got to me :cry:
You have some wonderful heirlooms to treasure now and pass down through the family much later.
I also see we have the same Brother machine (would that move me up any closer to the top of the list :lol: )

No pattern. I just tell him what I want and he figures it out. ( except for the spining wheel). This cabinet measures
30" w X 36" h X 24" deep. He measured my largest spools of thread and used that to make the drawers. He also made the frame for my quilting machine.
Thanks. My Dad was that way. He used a picture to make my daughter's baby cradle 33 years ago. I have several pieces of his handiwork.
