Thanks for the beautiful pattern (army star) I have been wondering what to put on some pillows for my brothers & sister. I found some panels with the same pattern that was on daddy's sign in book for his funeral last year & had the army shield emroderied on them now I will have a great backing for them. Thanks again tumrub

Neat quilt. So glad he loves it so. I know you will never regret making that for your Dad. Now how about your Mom? If he doesn't want her to touch it., Sometimes folkds are that way with something that is given just to them and they know it belongs to them alone. You will never regret making that for your Dad. So thrilled he loves it so.
I made my brother a quilt for Christmast last year, He hasn't used it yet to my knowledge, but has it draped over his leather chair in the living room. When I was visiting and saw it there, and ask about it, he said it's too pretty to use, I want everyone to see it, so you will just have to make me another one that I can use on my bed. So funny, I had to laugh, because he wanted one with Buffalos on it and that's what I made. Who knows, guess he will be getting another one in the future, he is a divicoree, so I don't have to really worry about colors and one for a wife too.
