    My daughter sent me a photo of Deep Purple

    on her bed. I think she was waiting til she got the new bed skirt. The wall quilts are from 1991 and 2011.

    Thank you. No pattern--the quilt is a Spiderweb (or Kaleidoscope, with strip-pieced wedges), and I worked out the border on ironed packing paper.

    Your quilts all look so lovely in your daughter's room. I don't know which came first - the quilts or the paint on the walls - but they go together perfectly.

    I made the same horse wall hanging for my horse crazy granddaughter. She still has it.
