This is very cool. The secondary patterns you got are great. I'm thinking you used 2 x 9 patch blocks.....one brown and tan and the other blue and tan. Will you confirm / share your start blocks? Thank you.

...OOOps went to beginning of thread, it is so pretty, thanks for posting.....What size quilt did you make and how much fabric did it take? Love the final picture.

Hi!! I started with 3" individual blocks to make up the nine-patch. So the blocks were 8" unfinished before I cut them up.

I am not sure how much fabric I used as it was leftovers from other quilts!!!
