    Here they are.

Don't worry - they won't all go in the same quilt

Beautiful fabric. Were you "thrift" store shopping or are the downtown LA fabric finds from a fabric store? Great pieces and I'm sure you'll make something beautiful out of each piece.
I really like the Oriental-looking kitty print.

These were all from a large fabric store. None were bargains (although there are bargains to be found downtown), but the selection is amazing.

before the quilting bug got me....I use to buy my flowers from downtown Los Angeles, from the floral mart....as I would pass the fabric stores, I would say, if I ONLY KNEW HOW TO SEW.

Downtown Los Angeles, is the wholesale district for everything, and most of the time you can find stuff for pennies...

I bet the fabric deals are just wonderful!

Now that I am unable to work and no longer close to downtown Los Angeles, I am not able to get these deals.
Which is kinda sad...because I am just now learning to crazy quilt.

In the future, think I will have my daughter drive me to the fabric district and drop me in front of one store and come back in one hour hour....drive around the corner and drop me off and come back in another hour....

That fabric district in Los Angeles....YOU FEEL LIKE A KID IN A HUGH CANDY SHOP.
