RetiredFireChief ... The cornerstones and setting triangles are more gold than the pic shows. Even with metallic bits in it. It's a neat fabric, with leaves kind of like they would be lying on each other in the forest floor, so you get a subtle shading of colours in it too.

The threads are not going anywhere LadyDukes and you are welcome to come onto them. Many of the original group are still around and there ready to cheer you on! We'll be sure to give you lots of oooohs and aaaahs to help you keep at it! Believe me, if it had not been for the group, there are times I would have probably just let it become one big UFO! I appreciate so much what they did to help keep me at it and inspired.

Oh yes, Evie .. I know it was there in the original thread ... though I knew many did not follow the thread that might be interested in seeing it.

I know you're a tad busy right now, Quilter1. Once you get moved, and have your new sewing room, machines, and table, you'll have all kind of motivation to do it!

I know, SeaSaw ... I just couldn't help but laugh! So it was a mountain of scraps ... and when you do that, you still have a mountain of scraps left, as when I just used a little of each, in essence I did not use very much!
