I think the Marine, Army, and flag are all cotton. They are all three pillow panels. I knew Marshall's Fabrics in Batesville, AR had the Marine & Army fabric, so I called them and asked them to mail them to me. They did that very same day. I already had the flag fabric. the back is the coordinating army and marine fabric, that can also be seen in the centers of the "star blocks" I made. Yes, I did create it myself. I knew that I wanted the star blocks (or saw-tooth), wanted the three themes in the middle, then I just made it all work....had to insert the little red, white and blue to make it all fit. Thanks.
