WOW! THAT IS GORGEOUS...... I wanna try my hand at Applique. I saw it done on Tv and it looked simple.

That is gorgeous!! Just looking at the background fabric, it doesnt look like something I would ever pick out, but wow with those hearts it is fantastic!! I love it!!! Do you know what line that fabric is? What is the pattern or kit called?

Thank you all for your nice compliments. I am going to see if they have more fusible web at Walmart on my lunch break. Who knows though, because I'm in a small town and it doesn't have everything. I think when I stitch down the hearts I am going to match my thread to the color of the heart, then later quilt in a gold metalic. Any suggestions on this are welcome. But I might do the whole thing on my long arm. That will be my first real project on it.

I can check on the line of the fabric. The pattern was designed by a lady at a (somewhat) local quilt shop. It is called Two Hearts as One.
They told me I wouldn't find it anywhere else.
