I can't believe this is not only your first attempt but that you created the pattern yourself. It's beautiful and the colors are wonderful together.

That's beautiful! I've looked yearningly at bargello patterns for quite a while and would love to try one but too chicken. It looks hard and complicated. Maybe some day I'll get brave !
