This is my first attempt at a log cabin from a fat-eighth group I bought at the Houston quilt show. Regrettably, I only bought 1 and I don't have enough for anything more than a pillowcase or something. Why oh why did I choose that moment to overcome my impulse to buy more fabric!?!?!

Cute fabrics! I am working on a log cabin too. Queen sized. My head hurts from the process today... LOL!

I notice there are lots of plaids coming back into fashion. I sure love that green you have there.

You did a great job on your first log block!

A very pretty block... You could make a cute little pillow from it and place it on your sewing room shelf. Or just frame it and hang it in your sewing room!

I really like the log cabin blocks. There is so much you can do with them. I'm not so much a pink person, but I really like your fabrics.

I really like the color combo. Too bad you don't have more of the fabric. Perhaps you can find more online?

Very pretty, and log cabin is one of my favorites. I've found lots of fabric matches online, so I think it's worth a try to find more. IMHO

Log cabins make great scrappy quilts. As Erstan 947 said, just buy/use other prints in those same/similar colors and keep going. You're doing great! It'll be stunning!

Very pretty, I like the colors. I always buy at least 4 yds. of each color so I have plenty.

This is a very pretty color combination. I usually like a log cabin with light creams and neutral colors. You did a great job.
