As a true newbie on the longarm I got to practice on my friend Patty's quilt top. It is a queen size and she didn't want to tackle it on her domestic machine. She graciously gave me the opportunity to practice anything I wanted. I think I did it justice and am very pleased with my very new attempt.

Your quilt looks great. After more time on the machine you will find that things will go easier.

Great 1st time...can't wait to see your future quilts.
Is that embroidery or applique, or both?
