I love the wonky border. It is such a pretty quilt. You have inspired me to have a go. Is it difficult or should I just jump in and do it?

I am soooo excited you're going to try~!!! WTG, Miss Purple Shoes! Love that name too! It is so relaxing doing hand applique! Was in the middle of two projects and had to stop and do a quick mini. Just took my time. Wanted a slender leaf, know what I mean, since I was kind of new at it. Right on the edge of your widest part of leaf, make a "slit" in the fabric on ea side. When you iron down the first section, the last section just layers right over top of it nicely. No need for starch. Just take a small paint brush and water down as you do ea section. It's a piece of cake. I say "go for it, girl! you can do it". If I can, you can! PM me if you have any questions; will be happy to help!

Yes, the wonky border I really enjoyed doing!! It was a stressbuster. Have fun with this project! Oh, and thank you so much for your nice words!!
