    hopefully you cant see my mistakes,didn't realise how long hand quilting takes and it is killing my middle finger, i think it thinks its a pin cushion now with all the pin pricks.... lol

    just started quilting 2 squares down,18 to go, then the borders...love it lol

    I think you did a great job. I admire your effort at hand quilting.I am too impatient to try. All my quilting is done on machine. Keep on quilting and if you enjoy it, it is a lifelong hobby.

    When I hand quilt, I wear a thimble on my needle finger but like to "feel" the needle when it gets thru the quilt. Now that finger develops a callas (spelling?) till I am done with a quilt.

    Beautiful design and colors on your quilt! Nice work on the hand quilting! Are you able to use a thimble? There are some that would let you 'feel' more than just a straight metal one.
