You guys have made me so happy! Thank you so much! I am now working on a quilt for my MIL that I will present to her during Spring Break when I visit her in New Hampshire. I started one a few years ago when I first tried quilting and I never finished it and gave up on quilting altogether. It was the first time I'd ever touched a sewing machine and I didn't know anything about cutting, measuring, oh, it was the worst. But within the last year, before I even attempted to start again, I watched tons of videos, read tons of books in the library, visited a sewing shop (there isn't a quilt shop right near me) and I got a lot of the questions answered.
