    My first Night Owl

Regina Grewe posted two new free patterns on her web site - this is one of them. The other is a watering can to go along with her Garden Fun series... http://www.reginagrewe.de/04muster/0423vogelwelt_e.html

I have only finished one of the owls but I wanted to share it with you guys. I'm calling them Night Owls. I'm planning to make four of them in different body colors and put them together to make a small wall hanging.

I also had to share my oops! with you all. I got a kick out of it. Just when you think you have it set up right you flip your lid lol.

Great little owl. The "oops" looks like I feel some days. My head gets on upside down, too.

That oops was fixed - which is the finished one you see.. I just thought it was too funny to keep to myself.
I haven't gotten to start my next owl yet. Work sometimes just gets in the way of fun lol.
I'll post the rest of them after I finish it all up. I was just too excited to not share. I thought it was one of the cutest owls I had ever seen a pattern for.

Cute, and thanks for showing the oops. Made me laugh, because I've done things like that.

The owl is adorable, but your oops, was funny as all get out. Thanks for the laugh, and I'm glad you caught it.

I applaud all those who so graciously share their "oops!" It gives me courage to struggle on. I love your owls and give you kudos for doing paper piecing. Thanks for sharing.

You did a good job on your owl and I know you'll get lots of smiles and comments on the wall hanging. Thanks for sharing the owl and the link.
