    My first Project Linus Quilts!

So happy to have finally finished (almost) 2 quilts to donate to Project Linus. They are both 36x36, flannel top with muslin back. This was also my first ever applique. The applique was an afterthought, so the pink one is just zig zagged through the quilt layers, while the blue one was done correctly. Other than hand stitching the binding and thread burying on the blue one, they are ready. My hope is that they will go to fraternal twins in the NICU

Those are adorable! Its a great idea for fraternal twins. Maybe you can pin(safety pin) a note on them suggesting they be given to fraternal twins, and maybe clip them together. But where ever they are used I'm sure they will be loved.

These are so sweet! And you did a wonderful job with them. I'm sure the flannel will be snuggled into very soon.

They look adorable. Whether they go to twins or not, you did a beautiful job! Anyone will be proud and touched to acquire them. 36" is also the size that our special care nursery requests when accepting donations. I've been asked recently if I'll make a few more. My Girl Scout troop has donated some in the past, and they've run out. Bless you for your donations.
    Go forth and sew!
