    My first project

I made this for my mom's birthday. I will confess I used a kit - I figured it would be easier to start with a kit than to make all the decisions myself. But I already have a lot of fabric stashed for other bag projects - I really like making bags! I'll send this to my mom next week - I think she'll love it.Click image for larger version.

How could she not love it. Its adorable. You did a great job on it. Nothing wrong with using kits. Its alot easier having all your fabics match than trying to do it your self. My opinion anyways. I'll let ya make me a dog 1.

It came out beautiful!! My very first quilting project was also a kit. It was a baby quilt. I paid under $20.00 for it and that was over 35 years ago. Kits are great!!

Great job. Nothing wrong with a kit whatsoever. The fabric choice is great.

Great job Sarah! It turned out very nicely. I like to use kits sometimes because picking out fabrics is very hard for me.
