Lovely!! I have considered using pillow ticking for a rag quilt. It looks good ... would you say the ticking worked well?? Did it "rag" nicely?? I'm thinking it would.

Yes, the ticking did work well. There are some places which did not rag as well as others but overall, IMHO, it seems to have done well. I have only washed it once and I feel like it will shed some more, maybe for years!! LOL I should have gotten a close up picture of the ragging.

The denim is a nice soft stretch denim and I am not 100% please with it because it has been a "bugger-bear" to get the small threads off of it. I have used the tape lint removers, etc. but have had to sit and pick. I paid wayyyyyy too much for that fabric and now I wish I had just used a cheaper denim.
