Wow....lots of zing! Just a question from an old practiced eye here....would you consider swapping the few bright orange triangles out with more of the pastels? There's one spot where the 9 patch touches an orange triangle that JUMPED at my eye....and then I realized your triangles were all pastels except the orange. And since you have so many extras anyway....love the quilt. What a great first one to keep and remember!

LOL No, I wouldn't, but I do appreciate the critical eye. The colors in this quilt are intended to coordinate with the book covers of the author I work for (the quilt pattern was designed as a giveaway for her readers), and one of the covers is orange.
