Thanks everyone for the support! I've learned that quilting on my regular machine is really tough... definitely not made for this. I can't imagine trying to do anything larger than a baby quilt. Time to get the real quilting machine set up and more importantly, learn to use it. It's so exciting to finish one - it took a deadline like a baby arrival to get me going. :)

It is very beautiful... and remember a baby doesn't stay a baby very long.. so they will carry this for a long time....
