Super. I grew up with quilts that had blankets as the batting and were tied we loved them. We have to make do with what we have and I think that it's a great idea. Your quilt looks so comfy. BrendaK

very nice use of those scraps! isn't it fun to use up all those small pieces that seem to multiply and come out with something so pleasing? I love scrap quilts- and yours is no exception- I just love it.

Thanks eveyone for the wonderful compliments. This is my new found friendship quilt as all the pieces in this quilt came from friends who donated their scraps to be used in another way. I thank you, it was fun. Now onto more scrappys as i have lots of bits n pieces to work with. Big squishy hugs to all who made it possible for me to accomplish.
