    This one was shorter by an inch on the bottom but was longer by one extra charm. The fabric for the handles was left over binding fabric. I think I like the original size better. Or maybe I would have liked this one better if my bottom piece had been the original 7" size and not 6", but it was a scrap piece that was already cut to 6".

    I too would like to make a tote but feel like it is too difficult for me! Somehow I can't get my brain around it. Am going to bite the bullet and do one of Jenny's on MSQ. Thanks for sharing.

    Great work! And now, don't you feel proud? And happy!? Glad to hear you have plans to make a couple more. You'll find the next ones go together more quickly and easily since you know the steps & have made some mental adjustments to speed things along. Very cute fabric choices, too! Congrats!!
