Great Job Mal, I'm sure your grandchildren will love snuggling under them for years to come.

I also looked at that fabric a little while ago at Spotlight....I was so so tempted but had to check myself as we were heading to the Sates for a months holiday....

Mal, I love your quilts. I am also glad to see you post, as I was following some of your posts....can't remember when...a while back, and I was afraid you had given up when I didn't see any more. I guess I just missed them. At that time you were asking about the cost of quilting and the time it takes, I think. You also had a pattern and fabric you were going to use. Did I miss pictures of that quilt?

"I'm working tonight on the "flower garden" quilt I was working on when I first joined. Not going to let it beat me."

Okay, Mal, I see now that the quilt I was thinking of is a "work in progress." I look forward to seeing it ...even pictures of it as you are working on it.

How wonderful they both are. I must say the fabrics are fantastic as is your piecing. octo's are one of my favorite amimals so that fabric is way cool. I love that snuggle pot fabric both because of the theme and it's called snuggle pot!
Great job! They will be loved.

Haven't seen you on the QB for some time. Glad to see you back.

Did I understand correctly that those are your first quilt tops? If so you did an amazing job on them. They look very flat and even. Good Job, I'm sure your grandkids will love them.
